I bought these for my mom two years back for Christmas they were the best idea. Such a great idea I bought myself some as well they are perfect for my car and my moms jeep. She would always struggle with reaching for her purse so this solved that problem. An me reaching to get her purse for her lol.These little hooks are great! I have two on each headrest in my car. I love that they spin out of the way when they’re not in use. I also love that it can be used from the front or back seat. I use one on the passenger seat to hook my purse on while I drive. No more purse in the floor if I need to stop suddenly! My kids use them in the back seat to hang their backpacks. They have access to their backpacks and they’re not stepping or tripping over them to get out of the car.My only complaint is that the post isn’t very tall, so sometimes bags) especially those with larger handles) do slip off. Since that’s not too common an occurrence, the benefits outweigh that minor issue. I’m happy with the purchase.This is a decent product which claims to hold up to 13 lb per hook. It holds most of my bags, but when I was taking my upper division STEM Courses for my bachelors degree, that thing collapsed in less than a minute when I’d put my book bag on it. The hook didn’t break, it merely gets pulled off from the weight.Overall a good product, and unfortunately the only reason I had to buy more is because customers must have been stealing them when I would Uber people around (though infrequently as it was), because I started with four and am left with only one.I repurchase this product last night and my only complaint with these newly arrived hook sets are that they were filthy upon arrival. Otherwise, nothing has changed since the last time I purchased them (I think may 2017) and I’ve never had one break on me TO DATEI like the hooks because they don’t stick out & annoy kids in the back seat. Great for strong grocery bag handles and purses. One or two thin clothes hangers otherwise too short for clothes hanging. Nice to hook a jacket or hat on.I was so excited to get this and it turned out as great as I had hoped. I hated having my purse in the seat next to me, especially if I had a passenger. I also hang my keys on one as well. Very tidy!a great idea.If you are a successfully married man you will already be in possession of this information. However if you like your wife and didn't get the manual, this is a Pro-Tip; If your wife's purse falls over and her belonging spill out, it mainly because your occupying the front seat. That's where she would keep her purse on solo missions. If she climbs into your king cab truck or car and puts her purse on your floor where shoes have left dirt, perhaps again in the back where it susceptible to losing it contents, she's not going to complain, but if you listen you will hear the occasional signal of mild frustration. Somethings missing. This is where you shine as an awesome husband by paying attention to subtle clues and finding way to remove obstacles so your wife had a better experience. Its cheap. you don't know they are there. She didn't know she needed them. There are four. You can hook up a buddy. Also works for small bags of groceries or fishing tackle, whatever you need in easy reach. Win-win-win hat-trick. Your welcome! Don't stop here. Pay attention. She will do the same and working well together is the point.I’m giving this a four star mainly because this might not work for weekenders or purses with very thick straps. That’s for the minus star. I included a photo of a bag that I got from amazon today as well, with large straps that aren’t flexible.I did not include photos of other purses with thinner straps because they fit perfectly, and don’t fall when I drive. I did a test drive with these and unfortunately the bag in the photos did not pass, but thinner strapped bags work perfectly. I personally only own a couple of bags with thin straps so I really like this product anyways. Also, the freebie was a little confusing- I didn’t know where to put them until I relieved it was a free gift lol. Otherwise, it holds well, and to clip it onto your headrest it’s very easy to figure out and has a very very tight hold. It was a little hard to get it on, but it is otherwise sturdy.
